RDAQ2026 Registration
Registration for RDAQ2026 are now closed online. Enquiries can be emailed to conference@rdaq.com.au.
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date) and include GST.
Full time registration – members, non-members & concessional
- Attendance at all plenary and concurrent sessions
- Welcome reception supper and drinks
- Friday members’ forum breakfast (RDAQ members only), Saturday breakfast sessions, lunch, morning and afternoon tea on Friday & Saturday
- Friday night social ticket (including dinner – cash bar available)
- RDAQ satchel and pen
- Tickets for the David Horn Memorial Gala Ball are not included in delegate registration. Gala tickets can be purchased separately.
Day registration
- Attendance at all plenary and concurrent sessions on the selected day (Friday or Saturday)
- Selected day catering including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
- RDAQ satchel and pen
- Day registration does not include networking function tickets. These can be purchased separately.
Spouse and family program registration
- Complimentary attendance at the conference official opening and keynote address
- One welcome reception supper and drinks package
- Friday night social ticket (including dinner – cash bar available)
- One guest gala dinner ticket (including dinner and drinks package)
- All other spouse, partner and children’s activities outlined in the HWQ Family Program (for spouse/partners and children aged under 16)
Please note: The trade exhibit is open to delegates only; children are not permitted in the trade space at any time.

Our ‘Code of Conduct’ helps to uphold these community values for our delegates, sponsors, volunteers and staff. We recognise all Australian laws relevant to Discrimination and Sexual Harassment and are committed to safety for our attendees, including feeling safe and supported to raise any concerns with us.
We ask all delegates, sponsors, volunteers and staff to be particularly mindful of their behaviour during licensed networking events. We support our venues to enforce Responsible Service of Alcohol standards.
We are an inclusive organisation and will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment. Persons demonstrating behaviours consistent with sexual harassment or discrimination will be asked to leave the conference. Please ensure you respect other attendees’ personal space.
When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard, Visa or select the option to pay via EFT. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address supplied once you have submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.

Note that payments will attract a 1.5% merchant fee and appear as RURAL DOCTORS ASSOCIATION on your credit card statement. - EFT payments
Please refer to the banking details on your invoice. Please note we have a dedicated conference bank facility.
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the RDAQ Conference Manager and emailed to: conference@rdaq.com.au.
Cancellations received before COB 14 May 2026 will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations received between 15 – 28 May 2026 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after 28 May 2026.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in your organisation. The RDAQ Conference Manager must be advised of such transfer of registration by 29 May 2026. Transfers will not be accepted after this date, and no refund will be granted.
Cancellation of accommodation must be made directly to the property. RDAQ is not responsible for any cancellation fees or charges.
Important: Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
The RDAQ Conference Team reserves the right to cancel or vary any social function or optional activity for any reason.
In line with our obligations under the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 we are committed to ensure that you are aware of how we will manage, use and store any personal or sensitive information you provide to us. RDAQ will only collect information that is reasonably necessary for the processing of your registration to attend this event. Save on your RDAQ2026 fees if you join RDAQ
If you join RDAQ before you register for the RDAQ2026 conference, you are eligible to register for the conference at member discounted rates.
