The Whitsunday Coast is a playground for the rich and famous, and in 2010 it will host the RDAQ social program. It will feature four exciting social events which will give delegates the opportunity to take a break from the academic side of the event and enjoy the company of old friends and make new contacts.

In 2010, a Student Networking Function has been included specifically for doctors who have sponsored student registrations. It is a chance to meet with the medical students who, without your generosity, may not have had the opportunity to attend the 2010 RDAQ Conference. We encourage all Rural Health Club members to attend this function to thank your sponsors, build new contacts and gain knowledge from these highly respected doctors.

Venue: Trade Exhibition, Hall B, Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre

Kick off RDAQ 2010 by networking with old colleagues and making new contacts while having a relaxed drink at the Trade Exhibition opening. The continued support from the sponsors and exhibitors highlight the importance of this conference, and the Welcome Reception is a great time to discuss the latest innovations and trends.

Venue: Civic Precinct Lawns (Outside the Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre)
